What we can learn from Vegas: Koreans built a 10 story luxurious Ocean Cruiser, a hotel 60 m above sea level sitting on a beach Cliff in Jeongdongjin. It is surrounded by transplanted palm trees and really looks like it had been pulled over the mountain - only soon to be released into the ocean every minute... What a Fritzcaraldo!
